Scott J. Eadie

Attorney Scott Eadie has been practicing law in Califomia since 1983. He has tried cases in
both the Civil and Criminal Courts. Mr. Eadie has argued before the Appellate Courts throughout
Southern California. He has represented both employers and injured workers before the
Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.

Mr. Eadie has represented dozens of insurance companies, as well as hundreds of inmates
before the Board of Prison Terms. His clients have ranged from notorious criminals to families
affected by the economic downturn in our economy. He has deposed doctors hundreds of
times in order to get the most benefits for his clients.

Having worked at approximately 30 different jobs before graduating from law school, Mr. Eadie
knows what it is like to try to make ends meet.

Having nearly forty (40) years’ experience as an advocate for the individual, Mr. Eadie has
brought his experience to the Litigation Practice Group PC.
