The Litigation Practice Group PC is committed to delivering the best possible experience to all clients. To that end, LPG has created a client satisfaction email portal, email@example.com. Any complaint submitted to LPG’s portal will receive a response within one (1) business day, and a remedy to the complaint within three (3) business days. If LPG is not able to address the concern that is raised within that time frame, LPG will refund any and all payments made by such client without limitation.
