About Jane

North Carolina
Jane began her legal career in Wilmington, North Carolina as a criminal defense attorney. An opportunity with a state-wide law firm brought her to Asheville, North Carolina and into real estate law. Jane handled high volume real estate closings and transactions for a few years and eventually became the managing attorney for all of Western North Carolina. In 2009, Jane changed the focus of her practice to real estate litigation and foreclosure defense. In the wake of the economic recession and banking collapse, Jane was very busy representing consumers and homeowners against banks and financial institutions. Jane has been a legal pioneer in North Carolina foreclosure defense law. She joined a small boutique law firm in 2014 and expanded her litigation skills to include more complex real estate and business litigation. In 2019, Jane became licensed as a real estate broker in North Carolina to further assist her clients in real estate transactions.
Jane joined The Litigation Practice Group, PC in October 2021. She established and now
